Anyone who wants to be more active through walking or running, who wants to learn to run, who wants to progress their running. If you are not sure if this is you, then get in touch for a chat to find out more. You are especially welcome if you want to begin learning to get moving to support your mental health.
RunningSpace sessions are FREE and you are welcome to join in as many sessions as you’d like to. We also serve post-session refreshments, on the house.
We work hard to raise funds so that we can keep RunningSpace sessions free to all. If you would like to make a donation please click here.
You can simply turn up at the relevant time and meeting point – please make a point of introducing yourself to the leader who will be able to welcome you to the group. If you want to let us know you are coming beforehand then you can send us a message say hello on Facebook.
